One of the specialities of our practice is the All-on-4 procedure, which provides for the fixing of dentures with only four implants per jaw. Especially developed for patients with low bone volume and periodontal damage, All-on-4 offers efficient and effective treatment in such cases.
With this method, the posterior implants are inclined at an angle of 45 degrees, making them possible to install without needing to augment the bone. After inserting the four implants (remaining teeth can be removed during the same procedure), a previously fabricated temporary bridge will be placed directly onto the implants. The patient leaves the practice with resilient teeth. Approximately three months later, the final bridge is inserted.
Scientific studies show a very high success rate for implant bridges using the All-on-4 technique. They are just as durable and reliable as conventional designs with six or more implants.
With All-on-4, we can avoid bone augmentation, which is stressful for patients and not without risk, and can significantly reduce treatment time and costs.
